Since its creation in 2013, internationalization has been an integral part ofIMT Partners DNA. From the very beginning, the internal teams have been built around true multiculturalism and a natural openness to the global challenges faced by their clients.

Very early on, French companies sought out IMT Partners assist them with their projects abroad, while international groups based in France were looking for an interim management specialist capable of operating in the French market with a demanding and structured approach.

Before and after the health crisis: changing needs

Before the Covid period, IMT Partners regularly IMT Partners long-term export assignments in South America, Oceania, and sub-Saharan Africa. These assignments were often entrusted to French managers with dual local cultures, capable of understanding the economic, human, and legal realities of each market.

After the health crisis, demand changed: groups are now looking for more pan-European assignments and local solutions to increase responsiveness and proximity. This reinforced the need for IMT Partners structure and deploy a solid international strategy.
