Jean-Armel Sentis, Partner in Lyon explains the importance of a regional presence for IMT Partners

The French model of centralization, with a preponderance of decision-making in Paris, results in a large number of head offices near the capital. Many missions are generated there, including to the provinces and abroad.

Creating offices in major cities was therefore a gamble, as well as a message of maturity. Duplicating the model in new "temperature and pressure conditions", listening to a particular market, questioning the near abroad - Helvetians, Latins and Iberians - not from capital to capital, but from one side of the border to the other, attracting talent; all these challenges were not taken for granted at the time of launching.

To lead this adventure, we identified a man trained in the cult of the mission by several decades in uniform, having just created an inter-regional management in Lyon and experienced in complex situations.

Since February 2019, I have studied the Lyon environment in order to provide a relevant response, notably by recruiting a dynamic and seasoned team.

Three years later, a turnover of 3 million euros seems a very reasonable target for the current year.

In response to the expectations of the capital, from its superb and recent offices, at 48 rue de la République, where it will receive you with pleasure, the Lyon office would gladly try an easy pun:
